Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Inderjit Cars, Jogeshwary West

I had an excellent experience with this Tata Motors service center. The entire team was professional, supportive, and truly committed to providing the best customer service. I had an issue with my car’s FATC/infotainment component, which was covered under warranty. Since the part usually comes from Pune and can take more than a week to arrive, the team took the initiative to raise it as a VOR (Vehicle Off Road) request so that the part could be sourced from a nearby location and replaced as quickly as possible. Thanks to their efforts, the part arrived much earlier than expected, and today (11th July 2026) it was replaced successfully. They also updated my car’s software, and now everything is working perfectly. A special thanks to Shivam Pandey (Service Advisor), Jisant Bhai, Saddam bhai ,Taufiq Bhai, and especially Azmal Bhai. Azmal Bhai was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He regularly followed up on my case, kept me updated about the part, and made sure my work was completed as quickly as possible. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does.
