During my family trip from Trivandrum to Bangalore on 3 Aug 2026, my Harrier.ev QWD developed a charging issue — the actuator was not locking, preventing the gun from starting the charge. I visited Kaveri Garage Service Center at Paravai, Madurai, where the service manager assigned my case to Mr. Surya Prakash. Mr. Surya deserves special recognition for his exceptional support. He stayed back until 8:30 pm, going out of his way to troubleshoot the problem. He connected his laptop, corrected system errors, and coordinated with all possible contacts at that late hour. Although the fast charger at the center wasn’t working, he guided me to try external chargers and remained committed to finding a solution, though it also didn't workout. We had to overstay and came back next morning, after multiple trials, the slow charger began working, and eventually the 30 kW charger at the center also functioned. Once my vehicle was charged to 90%, Mr. Surya advised me to continue to Salem Tata Service Center for a top-up before heading to Bangalore. Importantly, he stayed in touch with me throughout my journey until I reached Salem safely, where my car was re-checked and fully charged. I truly appreciate Mr. Surya Prakash’s dedication, professionalism, and customer-first attitude. Despite me being an on-the-go customer, he ensured my family could continue our travel safely. His commitment reflects the highest standards of service, and I sincerely request Kaveri Garage management to acknowledge his efforts.
