Dear Team, During my visit to Trimbakeshwar Mandir, my car developed a mechanical issue. The brake assembly was damaged, and the gears were not shifting properly in automatic mode. After inspecting the vehicle, Mr. Raosaheb provided us with the right guidance and ensured that the repairs were completed quickly. Thanks to his support and prompt action, I was able to return safely to Mumbai. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Raosaheb and the entire management team for understanding the urgency of the situation and providing timely assistance. I would also like to share a small suggestion. In my observation, the staff is well-qualified and adequately equipped to handle customer requirements. However, vehicle handling appears to be affected by parking space constraints. Tata Motors may consider arranging additional parking space so that the team can manage higher volumes of vehicles more efficiently. Once again, thank you for the excellent support.
