Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - SP Cars, Oros

I visited SP Autohub Oros on 27th December from Goa for servicing of my Altroz car after reading their reviews. I found the service centre truly deserves the best rating as I found their staff very polite, cooperative and know their job. I had to stay overnight due to unavailability of spare parts in their store. Their service centre manager arranged the spare parts for my car from Ratnagiri service centre and Mr Rajat, supervisor arranged my overnight stay in a hotel and even he himself dropped and picked up me from hotel which touched my heart. Me 62 year old touched by his kind gesture. It took full two days to finish the work on my car and it was around 6.30 pm when I left their service centre. Every staff present at that time greeted me for my safe journey . I am really thankful to them for their services and commitment.

The staff is very helpful, and the technicians are highly skilled. My car broke down, and even though it was late, they took the time to resolve the issue. Thanks to their support, I was able to reach my destination on time.
