Excellent Sales & Service Experience – Gokulam Tata Motors I am extremely happy with the sales and service experience at Gokulam Tata Motors, Kattupakkam. The sales team, especially Moses and Manager Senthil, were very supportive, professional, and trustworthy throughout the process. I recently faced a small issue with my Tata Punch EV where the entertainment system started flickering and continuously making noise. Initially, I had a really bad experience at another service center (FPL Service). However, when I approached Gokulam Tata Service, Kattupakkam, the experience was completely different. The service team, especially Illayaraja and Shan, handled the issue very smoothly, quickly, and with great patience. They listened carefully, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it efficiently. Their calm approach and customer-friendly attitude really stood out. Overall, I am very satisfied and confident in recommending Gokulam Tata Motors for their trusted sales and excellent service support. Truly a great experience! 😊

I have given my Tata Punch for the first service. The service engineer assigned to me was Kannan He explained everything in detail and what they cover for the free service. And he suggested me to include Underbody coating to protect from the rust. The cost is around 1900 + tax. It's too early I understand but they gave me this as optional. I said okay to include that in the first service. Totally I paid 2982 Rs and the car was very clean and neat. Totally I am happy for the first service... Let's see the second service how it goes....
