⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A completely different service experience — thanks to Ganesh! My first service at the ECR service center was very disappointing. No one attended to me, I had to approach the service advisor myself, the service quality was poor, and even the water wash was so bad that I had to clean the car myself afterwards. For my second service, I decided to try the Ambattur service center, and Ganesh completely changed my perception of Tata service. From the moment I arrived, Ganesh was friendly, professional, and extremely patient. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and most importantly, delivered the car exactly within the promised time. He even personally made sure the car was spotless and wiped off small marks on the bonnet himself. I had always heard and believed that Tata service needed improvement, but Ganesh proved that the right service advisor can completely change a customer’s experience and perception. I’m now more than willing to travel 17 km to Ambattur for my future services because of the trust Ganesh has built. Excellent customer care, commitment, and attention to detail.
