⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience with True Sai Works - Tata Motors Service Center and felt compelled to share it. On August 21, my mother and I were driving from Chennai to Coimbatore when our car suddenly broke down around 9:30 PM with a coolant warning. Stranded in an unfamiliar place late at night, I wasn't sure if we would receive any help. To my surprise, the security guard Mr. Monoharan welcomed us warmly and directed us to Mr. Vignesh. After listening to our situation, Vignesh immediately arranged for a technician to inspect the vehicle, even though the service center had already closed for the day. Mr. Sivaneshan, the technician, arrived within minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained that although a temporary fix was possible, it would not be safe to continue a long drive to Coimbatore. By then, it was already past 11:15 PM, and my mother and I were worried about where we would stay for the night. This is where Mr. Sugumar, the Service Center Manager, truly went above and beyond. After carefully listening to our situation, he understood the challenges of being stranded late at night in an unfamiliar place with my elderly mother. While he initially suggested nearby accommodation options, he also recognized our concerns and, on our request, graciously allowed us to stay in the customer lounge overnight. He assured us that our vehicle would be treated as a priority first thing the next morning. What impressed me most was Mr. Sugumar's genuine care and empathy. He repeatedly told us that helping customers was his responsibility and ensured that the security staff provided whatever assistance and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The next morning, both Mr. Vignesh and Mr. Sugumar personally checked on us to make sure we had been comfortable and had not faced any inconvenience during the night. The team had already arranged the required spare parts from Salem, and the repair work was completed promptly. What touched me the most was that Mr. Sugumar asked me to confirm once we had reached home safely. This simple gesture showed that his concern extended beyond repairing the vehicle. He genuinely cared about the well-being of his customers. I've dealt with service centers before, and unfortunately not all of them provide this level of support during emergencies. What I experienced at True Sai Works was not just excellent service, but true customer care. A stressful breakdown could have turned into a very difficult experience, but thanks to Mr. Sugumar, Mr. Vignesh, Mr. Sivaneshan, Mr. Monoharan, and the entire team, it became a memorable example of professionalism, compassion, and customer-first attitude.
