My wife and I recently visited your Guduvanchery showroom. After exploring and evaluating multiple models over a few days, we decided to purchase the Tata Nexon EV. I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Janani and Mr. Nethaji for their exceptional support. Their in-depth knowledge, clear explanations, and professional approach played a key role in our decision-making process. Before finalizing, we visited several other brands within the same price range. However, the level of product knowledge, customer engagement, and hospitality we experienced here was far superior. Even my visit to another Tata showroom in my hometown did not match the service quality provided at Guduvanchery. We are especially impressed that the entire process—from decision to delivery—was completed within a span of just one month. Initially, we expected a longer waiting period, but thanks to the consistent follow-up and dedicated efforts of Ms. Janani and Mr. Nethaji, we received our vehicle much earlier than anticipated. The delivery experience was truly memorable. Despite it being a Sunday, the team ensured the handover was done at our convenience, with a warm, welcoming attitude and a celebratory touch that made the occasion special.
