Her assistance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There were a couple of small hiccups during delivery — I had done a PDI inspection through an external vendor and noticed a bumper gap, and also the seat covers were missed during handover. I insisted on corrections before accepting the car, and the showroom promptly fixed the bumper alignment and added the seat covers the very next day, along with completing the registration process. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, but my advice to fellow buyers is: only sign and accept your car once you are fully satisfied with the delivery condition. The team here is cooperative and willing to resolve issues, so don’t hesitate to raise concerns.
