Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Jayaraj Karz, Vallam Pudursethi

I’ve been facing boot noise in my Altroz for quite some time. I visited two service centres in Chennai, but both dismissed it as a “common issue in all cars” without even checking. Today, I went to Tata Jayaraj, Thanjavur, for the same problem, and I must sincerely thank the body shop manager, Mr. Amarnath. He listened to my concern patiently, immediately called his team, and they started working on the issue right away. Throughout the day, he kept me updated and explained the problem clearly. After a full day of effort, they managed to reduce about 80% of the noise. Since it's a complicated to find the place. What impressed me even more is that they didn’t charge anything,,🙂 since it was identified as a manufacturing issue. A big thanks to Jayaraj Service Centre, Thanjavur, and Mr. Amarnath’s team. This experience shows that not all Tata service centres are bad—it really depends on the location and the people managing it.

I had a very pleasant experience at this car showroom. The staff was friendly, patient, and explained all the details clearly without any pressure.
