Overall, I had a good experience with Rudra Motors. The booking process was smooth, and the team was transparent about the availability of the car. The RTO process was also handled quickly, and the delivery experience was good overall. There are, a few things prospective buyers should be aware of. The car could have been cleaned and detailed better before delivery, which would have made the delivery experience more special. Importantly, I purchased the Tiago Creative CNG variant and was specifically looking for a car with cruise control. I would have appreciated being clearly informed beforehand that the CNG version does not come with cruise control, despite being the Creative variant. At the time of my purchase, they were providing only IDFC FIRST Bank FASTag. If you already maintain multiple vehicles under a FASTag wallet with another bank, as I do, it is worth checking this before delivery. Apart from these points, the overall process—from booking and availability confirmation to RTO and delivery—was smooth. I like Tata cars and am happy with the car overall.
