I had a great experience at Tata Motors – Sree Gokulam Motors, T Nagar. A special thanks to Mr. Ganesh, the sales executive, for the excellent support he provided throughout my car buying journey. From the initial enquiry to the final delivery, Mr. Ganesh was very patient, professional, and supportive. I had visited a few other car showrooms before this, and in many places the sales team tried to push me into buying the car without properly explaining the details. But Mr. Ganesh’s approach was completely different. He patiently spent almost an hour explaining all the features and benefits of the car and made sure all my questions were clearly answered. What I really appreciated was that he never forced me to make a purchase. Instead, he helped me understand the car and make an informed decision. He also clarified my service-related questions and assured support for pickup and drop during servicing, which gave me additional confidence. The entire process — from enquiry, loan processing, documentation, and delivery — was handled very smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience.
