I had a very good experience with TAFE Access Tata Motors during the delivery of my Tata Sierra Accomplished Plus Petrol AT. A special mention to Elangiya for being highly professional, courteous, genuine and supportive throughout the entire process. She communicated honestly, handled our requests patiently and made the overall experience pleasant. I also appreciate Manager Shankar, who personally became involved and handled the delivery-delay situation responsibly. The waiting period was due to supply issues from Tata and not the dealership. Even during this difficult situation, the TAFE Access team kept us informed and managed everything properly. On the delivery day, the entire team was very supportive and fulfilled all our requests, including the video shoot and cake-cutting celebration. Every staff member was polite, welcoming and made the occasion memorable. Their pricing was also more competitive than the other dealerships we checked. The accesories team also very good and they gave a good discounts as per customer needs and explained the necessary accesories for the particular model. This experience was completely different from our disappointing visit to Lakshmi Tata, where we were promised immediate stock but later discovered that the available vehicle was manufactured in 2025. In comparison, TAFE Access was transparent and genuine in its commitments from the beginning. Overall, I highly recommend TAFE Access for its honesty, competitive pricing and customer service.
