I was travelling with my family from kanyakumari to Bangalore my vehicle got sudden breakdown near to namakkal on Saturday 24th oct'2026. I towed my vehicle and reached the namakkal service centre. The team has examined the vehicle and said the battery has the issue and changed the battery. Afterthe new battery also the vehicle doesn't move so the mechanic came and saw the issue and find out the issue is with clutch plates and need to be changed.. unfortunately the parts are not available in the showroom and they said it will take 2 days to get the products and the vehicle will be delivered by Tuesday 27th oct'26. But by God Grace with intervention on service manager mr. Abdulahil instead on his off day he has responded and co-ordinated with his team in the service center and told to get the parts and complete the repair before Sunday 25th oct'26. After the manager instructions the team has speed up the work and started at 3pm in the evening and completed the whole work by 7:30pm on the same and handed over the vehicle in good condition. Thank you for the whole team for expediting the process and resolving the issue..
