I had a positive experience with this service center, particularly with the reception staff (Vrushali) and service advisors (Dinesh Dagade). They were attentive and proactive in addressing each of my concerns, and I truly appreciated their dedication to resolving the issues.
However, I was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to inspect my vehicle in the workshop, as this is something I am accustomed to at other service centers. I believe this matter could have been handled more courteously.
I look forward to maintaining a good relationship with your team in the future.
