Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Jaika Motors, Badnera Road

My tata safari had broken down while traveling from pune, being a Sunday I was unhopeful of getting it repaired, but Jaika Motors and Service Advisor Mr. Harihar not only help us identify the issues giving us a realistic timeframe as well as co-ordinating with me virtually across cities and handled all my worries and queries professonally and more importantly politely. In this day where TATA service is getting brickbats they (specially Mr. Harihar) deserve all the bouquets. Exceptional customer service will highly recommend others as well
