Experience with Mutha Motors – Aurangabad Beed Road Branch I would like to share my experience with Mutha Motors Service Center, Aurangabad (Beed Road branch). While traveling from Hyderabad to Ujjain with my family, on our return journey to Hyderabad, my vehicle (Tata Safari) broke down near Ellora Caves on 12th January 2026 due to a clutch cable failure. I contacted the nearest Tata service center, Mutha Motors, which was about 37 km from the breakdown location. The customer support was excellent—they immediately agreed to take up the service. Since my insurance towing covered only 25 km, I had to pay ₹60 per km for the remaining distance. We reached the service center around 7:00 PM, which was closing time. Despite this, Mr. Arun (Sales) and his senior responded promptly and helped us safely move and secure the vehicle by manually pushing it inside. That same night, Mr. Arun went out of his way to help us find a good hotel for our family, which was truly appreciated. The next morning, 13th January 2026, Mr. Atul and his service team attended to the issue. Since the required spare part was not available at that branch, they efficiently arranged it from another branch located 60 km away. The part was replaced, and the vehicle was handed over the same day at 3:30 PM. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Arun, Mr. Atul, and the entire Mutha Motors team for their professionalism, quick response, and genuine support during a stressful situation.
