When you take your car in for service, you should clearly explain the issues you've been having to the service personnel right at the beginning. If they tell you the service will take five days, you should plan for an extra couple of days and arrange for an alternative car for your daily use beforehand. If you rush the service team, they will undoubtedly miss some defects due to the hurry. Similarly, the staff at the showroom should understand the customer's car problems and deliver the car on time after fixing them. I am proud to use the Tata brand.
