I have recently serviced my Tata Nexon Diesel in Tafe Erode, The technicians were skilled, the SA has explained well what will be covered as part of third service. Also taken my consent if needed to perform under body coating, Teflon coating. It was very professional. Did not charge anything unwanted.. Ensured resolving the minor issues I have mentioned.. Appreciate the wonderful service from TAFE. Though I work in Chennai, I prefer to do service at Hometown Erode for the quality of service.Looking forward to visit again. Keep up the good work

When you take your car in for service, you should clearly explain the issues you've been having to the service personnel right at the beginning. If they tell you the service will take five days, you should plan for an extra couple of days and arrange for an alternative car for your daily use beforehand. If you rush the service team, they will undoubtedly miss some defects due to the hurry. Similarly, the staff at the showroom should understand the customer's car problems and deliver the car on time after fixing them. I am proud to use the Tata brand.
