I was travelling from North Karnataka to Kerala, on the way back in my Harrier car the break pad got damaged. I have contacted several service centres but there was no staff and spare parts since it was sunday 14 Sep 25 . But truesai customer service helped me a lot in changing new brake pads and finding the best service centre in the town. The mechanical team did a great job in replacing them within no time. We reached the service station by 3:40pm, work completed by 5pm. The service advisor helped a lot in sorting this . Thanks to everyone. ❤️ from Kerala
