    Dear all, I would like to write the deatailed review about the show room and my car delivery experience with everyone of you... I have selected the TATA Brand based on my research and desire of my family members... About the showroom: It's really fantastic place to see and test drive the car.. simply superb infrastructure.. Thanks to KAVERI TATA GARAGE for Making this kind show room atmosphere.. About the showroom employees: I would like to thank all the sales and service employees including housekeeper and security persons for their kindness and patience towards the customer.. special thanks to susintharan (CA) ( one who explained the car features with different variants and helped me to test drive the ALTROZ and Sarguru sir (SM of KAVERI GARAGE DINDIGUL) (One who put the more effort to provide me the Altroz car with best deal) CONS: 1.Waiting period was too much to get my car 2. possibilities of price hike and not getting the car as booked quotation amount 3.possibilities of misunderstanding between the customers and dealership members creates unpleasant to take the process further Team work: I would like to Thank Mr.Ashokan sir and Dilip Kumar sir who responded really well When I faced the above mentioned issues. I am the one who got touch with 3 showroom of KAVERI TATA including Trichy and Perambalur... wherever you go and book the car , KAVERI TATA GARAGE will take care of the customer and provide best service with very good team members effort.. For customers: Understanding the dealership business risks are of important (Sales department) and has to accept certain things for the betterment of everyone For dealership members: Understanding and satisfying the customer expectations are of important and should be maintained till the delivery of the car.
