My recent service at Kaveri TATA Motors was excellent. Apart from the general service, I also had work done on the right side quarter panel and for some tinkering and painting. For tinkering and painting work it will take a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 1 week, but they completed everything in just 9 hours and returned the car on the same day. My service advisor, Tony, was very helpful and efficient. Next time anyone needs service at Kaveri TATA Motors in Dindigul, I recommend consulting with him. This is the first time in 2 years that I’ve had such a good experience, and I can definitely feel the improvements in the service process. Thanks once again!
