Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Max Motors, Shirdi

We purchased our Tata Tiago from this showroom a couple of months ago and overall had a good buying experience. The staff was helpful and the process was generally smooth. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. Their main Tata MAX dealership is in Ahilyanagar, which is about 70 km away. After booking, the car is driven all the way from there to this showroom, so you end up receiving a vehicle that already has nearly 100 km on the odometer, which is disappointing for a “new” car. Also, the basic customer facilities need attention. There’s no tea/coffee arrangement and the showroom doesn’t even have proper air-conditioning, which makes the waiting time quite uncomfortable. Overall, good service but infrastructure and delivery practices definitely need improvement.
