Prompt and Quality Service.
I appreciate the efforts of Mr. Parasuram and Mr. Perumal for taking my vehicle on time and delivering it on time. Even though most of my concerns weren't addressed, I would thank them for their time and efforts during the pandemic.
At least they both were good listeners. They patiently listened to the issues and tried their best.
However, I would be happy if the service centre is more connected with Tata Motors so that they can share customer feedback and work on corrective actions.
It would be great if the service centre provides a detailed report on what was checked and whether customer issues were addressed or not. Most customers think that free service is just an eye wash and car wash.
