I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Tata Heritage showroom team, especially Dharmaraj and Abhijit, for an outstanding buying experience of TATA Nexon. The entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and sincerity. The Nexon Car was delivered exactly on the promised date despite slight delay of payment from Banks end, which made it a perfect anniversary surprise I planned. I was truly impressed with the swift execution where vehicle registration and HSRP installation were completed in less than two days. Despite the showroom closing hours, Abhijit and Dharmaraj stayed back till 10.30 PM to ensure a smooth car delivery process. Such dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Kudos to the entire team for exceeding expectations!

Everything was good except for one thing I purchased Nexon last month from here and since last month number of "Jamtara" like scam calls have increased on me and my wife's numbers. While purchasing car we have to give all our documents including real phone and address please I would expect that my data is not stolen or sold by the dealer. Please be super careful with the customer data. We purchased 2 maruti cars and 1 hyundai cars before never faced such a problem so issue is with tata or dealer.
