Dear Team Punit Motors / Tata Motors, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent support provided by Ms. Sujata and Mr. Nadeem from your sales team during my recent Tata Punch purchase. My journey with Tata Motors began on 7th October, when I booked my Tata Punch with Punit Motors through a telephonic conversation with Ms. Sujata and Mr. Nadeem. I paid the booking amount of ₹11,000/- without even visiting the showroom, with just one condition — that the delivery be made on Diwali Padwa, which is also my twins’ birthday. There was a moment of concern when the vehicle was delayed from the Tata plant even after the full payment was made. However, Ms. Sujata went above and beyond — continuously following up and coordinating with the Tata team to ensure I received my vehicle on time. Finally, on 22nd October (Padwa day), despite the showroom being closed for Diwali, she arranged the staff and ensured that the delivery took place as promised. Seeing the joy on my children’s faces when they received their birthday gift was truly priceless. A big thank you to Sujata Ma’am for her extraordinary effort, dedication, and customer-centric attitude. I also appreciate Mr. Nadeem for his professional support throughout the process.
