I recently completed the first service & especially skilled Mr. Kathiresan for my Tata Punch, and I would like to appreciate the Derik Tata service team for their professional approach, timely support, and clear communication throughout the process. The overall service experience was smooth and satisfactory & exceed expectations. However, I would like to bring to your notice a concern regarding my sales experience. At the time of purchase, certain commitments were discussed, including waiver of temporary charges and provision of free accessories for the top model, which were also followed up through discussions with the sales team and their managers. Unfortunately, these commitments were not fulfilled. I believe clear communication and honoring commitments are very important for customer trust. I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide appropriate clarification or resolution. Overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle and service experience and I look forward to continued support from the Tata team. In addition to that, I hope this concern will be addressed to further enhance customer satisfaction.
