Dear Sachin n Heritage back office staff. Many thanks for your wholehearted support n friendly gesture during my day 12 Oct 2025 for 3rd servicing of Tata Punch vehicle MH03ER1298. I was absolute happy with Sachin who was looking the job work in the "Advisor capacity". I would like to sincerely appreciate the service provided by Sachin. Sachin seems to be very hard working n honest in his work. To start with- explaining the work procedure or SOP of heritage service centre and then ensuring the work been carried at workshop level ( sending of live video) to me as a customer. He helped to do the payment since it was late evening. Not only the routine serving but for replacement of coil panel, he has carfully listened and gave assurance for doing it post diwali ( as suggested by me.) Thanks in tons Sachin and wishing you n staff a very happy diwali. Especially Sachin ❤️ wishing you best wishes n grand sucess in your workings. 👍 thanks once again Customer
