⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to genuinely appreciate the efforts of Inderjit Cars Pvt. Ltd. and especially Service Advisor Ali for finally resolving a long pending and frustrating issue with my Tata Nexon EV. I had been facing repeated problems in my vehicle for quite some time, including: • Door auto lock/unlock malfunction • Apple CarPlay/USB disconnecting repeatedly • Blower and AC related issues • Warning lights and random running issues • Noise from side sensors/panels • Rusting and paint peeling on doors and dicky areas The disappointing part was that some of these exact issues had already been reported during my previous service visit, but unfortunately they were not properly diagnosed or resolved at that time. This led to repeated follow-ups, workshop visits, and unnecessary inconvenience. However, during this latest visit, the experience was completely different. Ali personally got involved in the entire process, maintained proper communication, created a WhatsApp group for updates, and ensured the car was thoroughly inspected instead of just doing temporary fixes. After detailed diagnosis, the actual root causes were identified: • Faulty door switch issue • Blower unit filled heavily with dust, which was causing multiple electrical and functional issues Once these were properly cleaned and fixed, all the ongoing problems were finally resolved. The car now feels completely normal and smooth again. I truly appreciate the professionalism, patience, involvement, and commitment shown by Ali throughout the process. This level of attention and customer handling genuinely restored my confidence in the service experience. I only hope that such detailed diagnosis and customer support is provided from the first visit itself for every customer. But credit where it’s due — this time the issue was handled properly and resolved completely. Thank you again to the team and especially Ali for finally solving the problem
