Positive Service Experience with a Key Process Improvement Opportunity ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently visited Indrajit Cars, Mira Road for the second service of my Tata Punch. The appointment was honoured as scheduled, and I also received a reminder call a day prior, which was a professional and reassuring touch. I chose to wait at the service centre while the work was being carried out. I handed over the car at around 10 AM and received it by approximately 2 PM. While the overall process was smooth, for a second service with a prior appointment, I feel the turnaround time could possibly be quicker. The staff was polite, respectful, and courteous throughout the interaction. However, communication can be improved, especially for customers who may not have extensive experience with car servicing. A clearer explanation of what is typically included in a second service would be helpful, rather than the customer having to ask proactively. There was no add-on or forced selling at all, which I genuinely appreciated. In terms of service quality, the work done was very good, and I’m happy with how the car performs after the service. All concerns I mentioned at the time of handover were documented and explained as resolved during billing. That said, I strongly feel the final handover should include a practical demonstration of the fixes done. This gives customers confidence that their concerns were truly heard and addressed. For customers who wait at the service centre for the entire duration, this should ideally be a standard practice rather than something they need to verify later on their own. The waiting experience will naturally vary based on individual preferences. Personally, my expectations are simple—a clean and comfortable space—and on that front, the service centre met them well. The area was clean and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, television, newspapers, and drinking water. Overall, a positive service experience with good service quality, along with a clear opportunity to strengthen the final customer assurance process. Would I return? ✔ Yes
