Inspite of the early hiccups faced, The Final handover of the Tata Harrier EV Empowered QWD today the 16th of July 2026 went smoothly, thanks to the ever responsive and communicative Mr.Paneer of FPL eAuto and Gokul who explained the various functions of the EV clearly and precisely. Lot of water has flown under the bridge over the time from the Booking to the Delivery. Ever since Mr.Paneer stepped in and took responsibility, he kept me informed and updated about every step. The delivery experience of my Tata Sierra was overall very satisfying and well organized. Although the waiting period was a bit longer than expected, the experience at the time of delivery made it worthwhile. My sales advisor, Lokesh, was supportive throughout the process, kept me informed, and assisted with all my queries. The vehicle was handed over in excellent condition, both inside and out, and all the promised complimentary accessories were provided. The staff clearly explained the vehicle's features, and all the necessary documents, including the insurance, registration details, warranty booklet, owner's manual, and spare key, were handed over without any issues. Overall, I am happy with the delivery experience and appreciate the professionalism and support provided by Lokesh and the dealership team.
