Its Important to Acknowledge a good experience (which is rare with car dealerships) which we tend not to as appreciating the good is taken for granted as compared to immediately expressing a bad experience. I had visited carwale.com website as i was researching for the Nexon Ev where they asked for my details to connect me with the dealers for TATA vehicles, i immediately started getting calls from all dealerships post that. But what stood out among all dealers that called was from Mr. Abdul from Regent motors Thane, he was super diligent in understanding everything i had to say and every query i had regarding the Nexon Ev, as i already have an Ev (mahindra Xuv400) i had very clear queries, He was able to answer every single question without exaggeration unlike other dealers who would claim the impossible, though i had clearly told him that I’m considering the car only out of compulsion as one of my car was crushed by a tree fall and that i was buying this car as a replacement hence i would deal with someone who gives me the best bargain. He was super diligent and never bothered me with unwanted follow up calls, he had perfect knowledge about the product he was selling (which is rare in Ev sales) and he made sure that i was not bothered and kept following in a subtle way, eventually he not only managed my expected price but in-fact bettered my expectations. The process of paper work, payments, loan arrangement (at the lowest rate of 8.20%) was seamless, so was the delivery, the whole team has a methodic approach and everything is very transparent at Regent Tata, thane, for someone like me who wants everything in paper work and commitments to be perfect and documented, it was good to note That immediately after i confirmed the order they made the group and everything was coordinated in a seamless and trasparent way, and everything was documented. So was the case with delivery it was seamless and as i had informed them prior to coming that i don’t want any ribbons, or dealer stickers on the car they complied and i was out with the car within 20 minutes. Im extremely Happy with Regent Tata, thane but a big mention for Mr. Abdul hes a true gem (an asset to the organisation) and his biggest strength is that he’s super Honest, also Mr Sujit who handles the car loan department was committed. I think the whole DNA in Regent Tata, thane is about honesty and customer satisfaction, i would highly recommend them if someone is looking for a TATA Ev and more so to contact Mr. Abdul for any queries.

The staff is very cooperative and helpful. We were properly guided about the procedure of owning the car.
