When I called the given number, Mr. Jigar - GM Sales answered it. He was very polite and spoke to me in English. I enquired if the Harrier Automatic was available for a test drive. He responded in the affirmative. He informed me about the timings for the showroom as well (since it is 26th January). In 30 minutes, Sohail called and enquired when I was coming. He asked me to call him when I was on my way. I arrived at the showroom. The security guard helped me get place to park my car in front of the showroom. When I entered, i asked for Sohail. He came to meet me promptly, asked for my driving license for the gate pass. A person came and gave me bottled water. A lady enquired if I would like some tea or coffee. They requested me to be seated. Once the formalities were done, we went to the parking. Sohail brought the Harrier to the main road and then we changed seats. Since there was a lot of traffic, I requested that we go to an open road where i can test the performance. Sohail suggested we take it to the highway. On the way, Sohail explained all the features and answered all my questions well. He was well informed about the car. We went for a long drive on the highway. I was able to test drive the car to my satisfaction. When we reached the showroom, Sohail gave the hard copy of the brochure and sent the price list on WhatsApp promptly. He and the security guard also helped me remove the car from parking as other customers' cars were also parked there. Excellent experience. Kudos to the owner of this dealership. And to the entire team. Absolute customer delight. If you want to test drive or buy any Tata car, i highly recommend calling Mr. Jigar. Ask for Sohail for helping with the test drive. You will not be disappointed.

We were in our Car Search just for my daughter. But we had a time limit for the delivery beyond which we would have postponed the Car Buy and or Search for 2 months. But thanks to the prompt and proper guidance of Mr Ganesh Shetty ; and the verry supportive and positive and quiet transparent approach of Miss Neha and Miss Sneha ,... we were able to get our Car all ready on our desired Delivery Date. Also the delivery ceremony was well arranged ... more than the expected level of all the required Pooja stuff made available... the ground staff who arranged for all the pooja stuff get special kudos from us for being so well prepared. On the top of it when we picked up our car we got the Ceramic Coating done for our car ... but Mr Aniket realised that the job was not well done... and they were humble enough to accept their fault and call back the car for the re-doing of the job and they had the sense of timing to Not spoil the delivery mood. We highly appreciate the same. It has been a fabulous experience buying the car from them and their overall service till date. We are hoping that they continue the same in the coming years as they serve us during the Servicing period and hope to have a good transparent approach from them during the Servicing visits and expenses
