Recently purchased a Tata Punch from this showroom. The showroom is well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth. Special thanks to Gugan, the sales manager, for handling the process efficiently. However, I feel Tata Motors and its dealers could improve by offering additional deliverables as a goodwill gesture. In my previous experience with Maruti dealers, I used to receive complimentary items like car scents, Vinayagar decors, and steering covers. It would be great if Tata Motors adapts this customer-friendly approach. Overall, a good experience, but there’s room for improvement in customer satisfaction!

I am highly satisfied with the service I purchased a Tata Altroz from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Tafe Access, Padur, and my experience was excellent. The staff Pugal was professional, courteous, and well-informed about the car's features, helping me make an informed decision. And they patiently addressed all my queries. The entire buying process, from booking to delivery, was seamless. I am much moved by the little celebration they have organised. Though I didn't know driving, I was curious to learn driving and own the "Altroz". The driving experience is awesome. I would specially mention Pugazh- sales person, who helped to learn driving and he was extremely polite. It was with his effort that the car was delivered on time. I really appreciate his customer service.
