Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Tafe Access, Padur

We recently purchased our new TATA Nexon car and had a wonderful experience at the showroom! From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. A special thanks to our sales executive Ashok, Varsha and Ilangiya who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They patiently explained all the features, offered great suggestions, and ensured a quick delivery. Highly recommend this showroom for their excellent service and customer care.

Recently purchased a Tata Punch from this showroom. The showroom is well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth. Special thanks to Gugan, the sales manager, for handling the process efficiently. However, I feel Tata Motors and its dealers could improve by offering additional deliverables as a goodwill gesture. In my previous experience with Maruti dealers, I used to receive complimentary items like car scents, Vinayagar decors, and steering covers. It would be great if Tata Motors adapts this customer-friendly approach. Overall, a good experience, but there’s room for improvement in customer satisfaction!
