This place has exceptional customer service, on my way to kerela I had to get my car service to maintain the service schedule and with no option I came here and "Ms Bhagwati" was kind and considerate and helped me out of this tricky situation. Hi Ujwal Motors Team, I just wanted to share a quick note of appreciation for the excellent service I received yesterday for my car (KA03 NL 4192). After a long trip from Bangalore to Dhule, I faced an issue with the engine belt, and it was quite stressful. Even though it was a Sunday and the service center was partially open, Mr. Vikas took the time to inspect my car and clearly explained the problem. The next day, he and his team fixed everything within just 2–3 hours. I really appreciate how efficiently the work was done, without any unnecessary hidden charges. I regularly get my car serviced in Bangalore, but I’ve never experienced such helpful and professional service. A big thank you to Mr. Vikas and the entire team for their support!
