So, I initially called the dealership and I was addressed by Kushal. I asked him the availability of the new Tiago 2026 and he promptly shared the details. Since they had the variant that I wanted and it was in their ready stock, for which they also shared the VIN details, I immediately paid the booking amount and requested for a PDI the very next day. On the next day, before going to the showroom, I called up Kushal and he said that he will bring the vehicle from the yard to the showroom. When we arrived, there was some miscommunication and instead of getting the color we wanted, some other color car was on the way to the showroom. We immediately told him that we haven't come to compare colors, but we need the color we requested and we have come with the intention to do the final PDI and will visit again only for delivery. Kushal readily accommodated my request and asked for the right color car (Varanasi Vibrance) to be brought from the yard. We had to wait for more than an hour, but once the car came, the agony of waiting seemingly disappeared. My wife and I did a thorough PDI and approved the car.
