I and my boyfriend recently purchased a Tata Altroz from Lakshmi Tata Motors, Okkiyam Thoraipakkam, and my overall experience was excellent. Special appreciation to Mr. Aravindh, the sales executive, who did a fantastic job from the very beginning until the delivery of the car. He was extremely professional, patient, and responsive, clearly explaining every detail and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. His commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Before choosing Tata, we had bookings with Maruti Suzuki Nexa and Arena, but unfortunately had to cancel them due to poor customer handling and lack of proper response, which did not give us confidence or satisfaction. In contrast, the experience at Lakshmi Tata Motors was transparent, respectful, and customer-focused.
